Donation Requests

Organizations requesting donations must submit their request by using the online form below. Incomplete requests, requests by phone or in person will not be accepted. Submitting a request is not a guarantee that a donation will be granted. Requests must be received six (6) weeks prior to the event date. Only K-12 Schools and 501(c)(3) organizations are eligible, and priority is given to organizations within our immediate community. Tax ID may be requested for verification purposes at our discretion.
